Yes, booklets of 5 or 10 tickets allow several people to travel on the same ticket. The new Tramway What to do in the event of a dangerous situation in the resort? All tramway stations are equipped with a call button to contact the Twisto network's emergency services. In the event of danger or a potentially dangerous situation, for yourself or others, press this button to alert the emergency services. Any abuse will be punished. What to do if streetcar traffic is disrupted? If the Tramway is forced to make an extended stop, the Twisto network deploys “Plan B” bus lines. These lines, numbered B1, B2 and B3, replace Tramway lines T1, T2 and T3 in the event of an incident. The three “Plan B” bus routes run as close as possible to the Tramway routes. Exhibition regulations Can I travel with my pet on the Twisto network? As a general rule, animals are not allowed in vehicles. The only animals allowed on board are trained guide dogs for the visually impaired, and small pets transported in suitably closed baskets or cages no larger than 1 meter on each side. How do I go about advertising on the sides or rear of buses? These advertising spaces are marketed by CITYZ MEDIA. You can access the e-boutique directly from the home page of the website by clicking on the heading. Access is subject to the creation of an e-boutique account to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data. If you need help creating an e-boutique account, please write to us at contact@service.twisto.fr. Don't forget to include your telephone number and the best time of day to contact you. I don't have a Twisto Atoumod card If you don't yet have a Twisto Atoumod card, or if you have an old (green) Twisto card, you need to apply for one. To do so, answer the question “Do you already have a Twisto Atoumod card?” by clicking on NO, then follow the steps. I want to load a pass or ticket onto my child's card and this is my first connection For your first connection, you must first create an e-shop account with your own login and password (see question “How do I create my e-shop account?”). Next, you need to link your child's card to the e-boutique (with your child's details). To do this, click on YES to the question “Are you already a Twisto Atoumod cardholder?”, then follow the identification steps. Please note: at the “Identification” stage, be sure to enter the same data you gave to Twisto when you created your child's Twisto Atoumod card: Your child's surname, your child's first name, your child's date of birth, and the e-mail address given when your child's card was created. If your e-mail address has changed, or if you have not previously provided us with an e-mail address, please enter the new e-mail address. It will be used for notifications sent from the e-boutique. Purchase in the e-shop Which tickets are sold in the e-shop? You can purchase all Twisto tickets from the e-shop (except Group tickets, Ciné pass, Parc Relais and direct debit subscriptions). Please note that only tickets for which you have open access rights will be offered to you when you log on. For example, you have created your card at Agence Mobilités and sent us your proof of employment. When you log on to the e-shop, as long as your rights are still valid, you will be able to load a reduced-rate 31-day pass. How do I load a school pass onto the e-shop? The school pass is granted under certain conditions and on presentation of supporting documents. To send us your supporting documents and activate this status, go to the “Declaration of status” section in the e-shop. Once your request for school status has been validated, you can load the school pass from the “Reload my card” section. Can I buy several titles at the same time? Yes, you can top up to a maximum of 8 tickets, within the limits of the items already on your card: a particular status and a ticket already loaded each consume one space on your card. Example 1: You are 35 years old. You have no special status. You can load up to 8 tickets. For example: 3 24h passes, 2 reserves of 10 journeys and 2 monthly passes. Example 2: You are 52 years old and have Mobility Plan status. You already have 2 reserves of 10 journeys on your card. You can load up to 5 tickets: 1 24h ticket, 2 reserves of 10 journeys, 2 reduced-rate monthly passes. Can I buy several monthly subscriptions at the same time? Yes, you can recharge up to 8 monthly passes, within the limits of the items already on your card: a special status and an already-loaded pass each consume one space on your card. Please note that when you validate your card for the first time, the validator will ask you to activate your 1st monthly pass. Without this activation, you will not be traveling legally and will be subject to a fine of up to €100 for the offence of “Absence of transport ticket” (amount as at 01/01/2018, subject to change), details here. This activation will only be required on your first validation. You will then be able to travel for 31 days only by validating. This operation must be carried out again on the 32nd day if you still have more than 2 monthly passes loaded on your card. How can I top up another family member's card from my e-boutique account? You can only reload Twisto Atoumod cards associated with your e-boutique account. To link new Twisto Atoumod cards to your account, write to contact@service.twisto.fr and specify in your e-mail the surnames, first names, dates of birth and postal addresses of the cardholders. Please note that the postal addresses of all persons linked to your account must be identical to yours. Use of card after e-shop purchase How do I use my Twisto Atoumod card after reloading a ticket in the e-shop? After making an e-boutique purchase, you must present your card at an automatic ticket dispenser or at a validator on a Twisto network line (excluding Bus Verts, Resago 1, Resago 2 and Ligne 41 lines). If the validator beeps red on first validation, you must purchase a ticket from the driver or by sms to 93 500 to complete your journey. Without this purchase, you will not be traveling legally and will be subject to a fine of up to €100 for the offence of “Absence of transport ticket” (amount as at 01/01/2018 subject to change), details here. If the validator continues to beep red 72 hours after reloading, please contact us on 02 31 15 55 55. How soon can I use my Twisto Atoumod card after reloading a ticket in the e-shop? The very next day, by placing your Twisto Atoumod card in the dedicated box at automatic ticket vending machines (located at tramway stations and main bus stops). Within 24 to 72 hours, by validating your Twisto Atoumod card on a Twisto network line validator (excluding Nomad, Resago 1, Resago 2 and Line 41 lines). After 72 hours, if the validator continues to beep red, please contact us on 02 31 15 55 55. Other questions I've lost my Twisto Atoumod card associated with my e-boutique account. What should I do? If you lose your Twisto Atoumod card, please go to Agence Mobilités. A duplicate will be issued in exchange for €10. Your new Twisto Atoumod card will then appear automatically in your e-boutique account. Where can I find my Atoumod card number? How can I check my balance or contract information? In the “Contents of your Twisto Atoumod card” section, you can view your card balance and contract information. Please note! Your card balance is only updated after 72 hours.
