Roger Voice, a service for the deaf and hearing-impaired To enable all users of the Twisto network to reach us by telephone, we have called on our partner Roger Voice. This makes telephone contacts accessible to all deaf or hard-of-hearing people. How does it work? Connect to the Roger Voice platform from your computer, tablet or smartphone equipped with a webcam and internet connection. You will then be connected to a Sign Language or Real Time Speech Transcription interpreter. These calls are secure and subject to a code of ethics to guarantee total confidentiality of conversations. This service is available without appointment from 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday.
