Welcome aboard!


Instructions for using the Bus

 

Prepare your change
In order to save time, please tender the exact fare

 

Signal to the driver
As the bus approaches, signal the driver to request the bus to stop

 

Embark at the front of the bus
Please embark at the front of the bus and disembark via the rear doors

 

Punch/stamp you ticket each time you embark
Punch/stamp your card or ticket each time you embark, even when you catch a connecting bus or tram

 



Instruction for using the Tram

 

Use the same ticket for buses and tram
You can move between buses and tram with the same ticket. You can purchase your ticket directly from the distributors situated in the stations

 

Punch/stamp your ticket
Tickets are punched/stamped using the on-board yellow punching/stamping terminals

 

Go in the right direction
Information is available in stations and on board to help you choose the tram that is heading towards you

 


To disembark
When you reach your destination, open the doors by means of the green button situated in the middle of the door. For your safety, if you are standing while the bus is moving, hold onto the rails provided for that purpose.

                      

Allow people to disembark before embarking
When the tram arrives in the station, before embarking, make space on the platform for disembarking passengers
