Twisto, an increasingly accessible network
The accessibility of the Twisto network to the largest possible number of people is a priority. Facilitated access to trams and buses, vocal announcements on board trams and some thirty buses, single-level access platforms etc.

The tramway
All the tram lines and stations are accessible to persons with reduced mobility : station access and exit ramps and platforms at the same height as the integrally single-level tram floor have been developed for the purpose of facilitating pushchair access and access for people with reduced mobility. The middle carriages have features specially designed for people with disabilities.
Bus services
Buses' accessibility is also gradually being improved. the accessibility of the Twisto network is improving every year, with 431 stops equipped with single-level platforms. More and more buses have been specially adapted for persons with reduced mobility, affording easy access to vehicles : 100% of buses have been equipped with a low floor, and 135 buses are equipped with access ramp.
Improved-access stops are indicated by a pictogram
situated on the bus stop or bus shelter.
To be sure that the bus is approaching the stop is suitably equipped for you as a passenger, check wether the pictogram is displayed at the front of the bus. Once you are on board, a specially designed space near the entrance guarantees your travelling safety.
Made-to-measure service
Persons with reduced mobility who cannot use the Twisto network can use the special Mobisto network, which offers on-request door-to-door services (prior reservation required).
